The multinational organization develops, manufactures, and markets an extensive portfolio of consumer products, including coffee, dairy, infant nutrition, pet care, and confectionery brands. Operating across nearly every global region, the corporation focuses on enhancing quality of life through continuous innovation in health, wellness, and sustainable nutrition.

The position is based in Warsaw and follows a hybrid working model, with the flexibility to work remotely for up to 10 days per month.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in marketing or a comparable role; an FMCG background would be an advantage.
  • Fluency in both Polish and English, written and spoken.
  • A university degree, ideally in marketing, business management, economics or a related field, would be an additional asset.

This Senior Brand Manager role offers an opportunity to shape the future direction of the FMCG brand. You’ll work across brand strategy, consumer engagement and portfolio development, identifying new growth opportunities and building stronger relevance with younger audiences.

The Role

As Senior Brand Manager, you will be accountable for the brand’s P&L while leading key strategic, portfolio and commercial priorities. You will turn consumer and market insights into meaningful brand initiatives and new opportunities. Your scope will include developing the portfolio, bringing new ideas to market, and creating integrated communication and activation plans across relevant channels. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners and manufacturing teams to turn strategy into execution and deliver sustainable business growth.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Set the direction for the brand and portfolio, turning consumer insights, market developments and business priorities into clear plans for both today and the future.
  • Own key business levers, including P&L performance, portfolio choices and marketing investment, with a focus on sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Bring new propositions to consumers, leading innovation and renovation initiatives through the different stages of development and working closely with internal teams and manufacturing partners.
  • Build distinctive consumer experiences by developing integrated communication and activation plans across relevant touchpoints, together with agencies, creators and influencers.
  • Connect teams behind common priorities, partnering with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and other functions to ensure strong execution of agreed plans.
  • Stay close to consumers and the competitive landscape, using sources such as Nielsen, YouGov and other internal and external insights to spot emerging opportunities, anticipate risks and define appropriate actions.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • A solid marketing background, built through at least 4 years of experience in marketing or a related area. Previous exposure to FMCG would be an advantage.
  • Fluent Polish and English, enabling you to work effectively in both local and international environments.
  • Strong business judgement and analytical thinking, with the ability to turn data and insights into clear recommendations and compelling presentations.
  • A natural curiosity for consumers, culture and emerging trends, combined with the ability to translate what you observe into relevant opportunities for the brand.
  • Experience turning ideas into reality, from identifying opportunities and shaping concepts to navigating complex projects and delivering them successfully.
  • Confidence working across different teams and seniority levels, building strong relationships while taking ownership and representing your point of view.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach that allow you to move comfortably between strategic topics, day-to-day decisions and unexpected challenges.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, bringing fresh thinking, challenging existing approaches and looking for new ways to strengthen the business.
  • A university degree in marketing, business, economics or a related discipline would be an advantage.

Our offer

  • Full-time employment contract
  • Competitive benefits package: private medical care Lux Med, life insurance, Pension Fund, Social Fund, Multisport card, discounts in the canteen and Nestlé boutique, free parking
  • Interesting and challenging work in an international company - a branch of worldwide and well recognized FMCG company
  • Possibility to work in a dynamic team of professionals and leaders
  • Work atmosphere based on respect, cooperation and openness to diversity
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid work
  • “DbajMY’ program supporting employees’ health and wellbeing
  • Benefits for parents: welcome gift upon the birth of a child, fathers can count on an additional day off for this occasion; for the father or Second Carer, we provide an additional 4-week fully paid leave; an additional day off for childcare until the child's 14th birthday.
  • Opportunity to participate in Sustainability projects and join a community focused on creating sustainable solutions
