Minimum Relevant Work Experience: At least a minimum of 1 year working experience .

Your Responsibilities :
Production
- Support daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets.
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze production data and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards.
- Participate in problem-solving and operational excellence projects.
Engineering
- Support maintenance and reliability activities to ensure equipment availability.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process issues.
- Participate in engineering projects aimed at improving efficiency and productivity.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Contribute to automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with engineering, safety, and environmental standards.
What Will Make You Successful?
- Minimum Engineering degree , Production and Technical background from a recognized university.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong learning agility and adaptability.
- Automation and digitalization experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Interest in manufacturing and factory operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Basic level of english language is required.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, community, or extracurricular activities.
