As a IT Front Office Coordinator, you will:
- Manage 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Manage tickets under the respect of contractual SLA.
- Manage the escalation process.
- Coordinate a team.
- Organize logistics and stock.
- Perform network patch and device management.
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar IT support role with an IT/Informatics educational background or degree.
- Hands-on experience in remote troubleshooting, configuration, and repair for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Experience with installation, testing, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and physical cabling.
- Experience with end-to-end inventory management, onboarding/offboarding equipment deployment, stock orders, Blancco machine declassification, and shipping.
- Experience with logging, managing, and resolving 2nd/3rd level incidents via ServiceNow within strict SLA guidelines.
- Knowledge of local daily task planning, ticket queue management, workload redistribution, SLA compliance monitoring, and reporting.
- Excellent customer service skills, ability to work under pressure, autonomous problem-solving in multicultural settings, and a clean criminal record.
- Fluent English and Dutch (written and spoken) required; French or additional European languages are a strong plus.
