Netflix is an entertainment service that streams television series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. It reports over 300 million paid memberships in more than 190 countries, and it runs engineering teams for partner and client device technologies, with hiring in Warsaw. The company is headquartered in Los Gatos, California, United States.

At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next.

We launched a new ad-supported tier in November 2022 to offer our members more choice in how they consume their content. Our new tier allows us to attract new members at a lower price point, while also creating a compelling path for advertisers to reach audiences that are deeply engaged. We wrapped up our first three years of the journey and are well into year four with more exciting things to come!

We also ensure that advertiser brand safety is ensured during serving, members only see the most appropriate ads for them.

About Our Team

The Campaign Management & Media Planning team is central to orchestrating the end-to-end campaign lifecycle and media planning capabilities for Netflix’s advertising business. We are building innovative, in-house ad tech solutions that empower advertisers and internal stakeholders to seamlessly plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns at scale. Our systems serve as the bridge between advertiser intent and ad delivery, enabling seamless integration, automation, optimization, compliance adherence, troubleshooting, and management of advertising campaigns. We closely collaborate with partner teams across Order Management, Creatives, Audiences, Forecasting, Measurement, Reporting, and more to facilitate effective campaign management and media planning on behalf of our members, advertisers, and Netflix.

The team focuses on a few key areas in those domains

  • Building applications and APIs that support every stage of the media planning process, from initial plan creation and inventory allocation through to campaign activation and completion.

  • Building applications for full-cycle campaign management - from setup through to monitoring and troubleshooting through to completion.

  • Building applications to facilitate the setup and execution of ads on Live Events

  • Providing transparency on performance as well as delivering actionable insights and recommendations to users

  • Collaborating with other stakeholders across Ads Platform (Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Design) to build solutions that will provide leverage for our technology and business.

Our team is new and yet faced with the enormous ambitions of building highly performant advertising systems and delivering high impact to our business by monetizing our incredible slate of content. As one of the newest entrants in the Connected TV advertising space that’s rapidly growing, we seek to build unique value propositions that help us differentiate from the competition and become a market leader in record time.

We are looking for highly motivated engineers working in the advertising space who are excited to join us on this journey.

Skills & experience we’re seeking:

  • 7+ years of experience, 4+ years of experience in Ads domain

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
