Accounts Receivable Associate

About The Opportunity

Netrix Global is seeking an AccountsReceivable Associate responsible for maintaining efficient processes that initiate the preparation of monthly invoices. Maintains and/or ensures maintenance of client records related to invoicing. Creates billing to ensure accuracy, resolving inconsistencies as needed. In partnership with key internal stakeholders including Sales, Legal, Accounting, and other departments, the coordinator upholds critical processes including customer sales order processing and invoicing.

How You Will MakeAn Impact

• The duties of the Billing Coordinator are, but not limited to, the following:
• Ensure that new customers and new revenue contracts are set up correctly in Netrix's CRM and ERP applications.
• Initiate billing on various product lines.
• Work with the sales team and accounting, resolving inconsistencies as needed.
• Maintain the integrity of customer master data in the ERP and CRM systems.
• Manage internal billing team members and partner with the overseas shared service accounting team.

What You Will BringTo The Table

• 2+ years of related experience including sales operations, accounts receivable, and credit & collections.
• Experience in information technology services is highly desired.
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry; working knowledge of ERP software is a plus.
• Comfortable with mathematics and financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• A passion for process definition, documentation, and improvement is highly desired.
