Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Analyse data and produce reports to support business decisions.
  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Dashboard & Automation

  • Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
  • Automate reporting and track key KPIs.

Operational Analytics

  • Analyse support data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend enhancements to processes, training, and documentation.

Product & Compliance Support

  • Monitor technical documentation, test reports, and compliance records.
  • Track document validity and highlight gaps or risks.

Market Intelligence & Sales Support

  • Analyse market, customer, and content data to identify opportunities.
  • Provide lead intelligence, sales insights, and growth recommendations.

Job Experience and skill required

  • Relevant degree in Data or Information Technology
  • At least 2 years experience in services data or reporting experience
  • Experience in PowerBI or similar BI Platforms
  • Data modelling and dashboard development
  • Proficiency in creating data visualisations and reporting to communicate insights effectively
