Our client is an established manufacturing organisation plays an important role in supplying products to industries across South Africa and beyond.

As a Desktop Support Technician, you'll be responsible for providing first-line and second-line support.

Whether you're troubleshooting a workstation, setting up network printers, supporting mobile devices, or resolving connectivity issues on the production floor, you'll play a critical role in keeping the business running smoothly.

Requirements:

  • CompTIA A+ Certification (Essential)
  • CompTIA N+ Certification (Essential)
  • 3 years' experience in a Desktop Support, IT Support, Helpdesk, or Technical Support environment
  • Experience supporting Windows (10 & 11) desktop environments
  • Experience troubleshooting user, hardware, and software issues
  • Exposure to Active Directory and network environments
