Minimum Requirements

Trade Tested Electrician
NTC 3 qualification minimum
5-7 years' experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment
Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
PLC fault-finding and troubleshooting experience
Forklift licence advantageous
Supervisory or team leader experience advantageous
Computer literacy (MS Office advantageous)
Own reliable transport
Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and standby call-outs when required

Key Responsibilities

Attend to electrical, mechanical, and PLC breakdowns
Conduct preventative, predictive, and planned maintenance activities
Minimise downtime through effective fault-finding and troubleshooting
Perform shutdown and scheduled maintenance tasks
Manage machine upgrades and continuous improvement projects
Support building and site maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Assist with maintenance stock control and critical spare management
Contribute to housekeeping and operational excellence initiatives
