? THE ROLE

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts
• Overseeing and strengthening financial controls and processes
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Managing statutory and regulatory compliance
• Oversight of payroll and EMP-related submissions
• Managing tax compliance and submissions
• Assisting with annual financial statements and audit requirements
• Monitoring financial processes to ensure compliance with company policies and legislation
• Providing financial insights and reporting to management
• Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and efficiencies

? WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR

• BCom Accounting / Finance or relevant qualification
• Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
• 2-3 years post-articles experience
• Strong management accounting experience
• Solid understanding of financial controls
• Practical knowledge of EMP, payroll and tax compliance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
