Qualifications

B.Eng, B.Sc, or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current)
Registered or working towards registration as a Candidate Engineer/Technologist with ECS

Job Experience & Skills :

1-3 years' experience in Electrical Engineering
Assist with the design and review of single-line diagrams, substation layouts, schematic drawings, and earthing designs
Maintain engineering registers, drawings, and technical documentation
Perform basic electrical calculations including cable sizing, load schedules, and equipment ratings
Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress against approved drawings
Support commissioning, testing, and fault-finding activities
Assist in enforcing health, safety, and quality standards on project sites
Liaise with suppliers to obtain technical specifications and quotations
Assist with technical documentation for tenders and procurement packages
Willingness to travel to project sites as requirement
