Management Accountant

• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Conducting detailed financial modelling and analysis
• Managing standard costing processes
• Inventory analysis and stock management reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Variance analysis and profitability reviews
• Assisting with strategic planning and decision-making
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce costs
• Supporting operational teams with financial insights
• Preparing reports and presentations for management
• Ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial information

• Relevant Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CIMA qualification or studies advantageous
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Management Accounting role
• Manufacturing industry experience essential
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong standard costing experience
• Inventory management and analysis experience
• Strong financial modelling and analytical abilities
• Pastel experience advantageous

• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret and present complex financial data
• Highly detail-oriented and organised
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proactive and solutions-driven approach
