Tech stack of Network Finance

Minimum Requirements

BEng or BSc Degree in Chemical, Metallurgical or Mineral Process Engineering (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years' experience in mineral processing process engineering
Experience with front-end engineering and study-phase process design
Strong background in flowsheet development, mass balancing and equipment sizing
Experience using AggFlow or similar process simulation software such as JKSimMet, Bruno, METSIM or LIMN
Exposure to metallurgical test work and test plant operations
Plant commissioning, process audit or operational experience advantageous
ECSA registration (Pr Eng / Pr Tech Eng), or progress towards registration, advantageous

Key Responsibilities

Develop process flowsheets and engineering deliverables for studies, proposals and projects
Perform process simulations, mass balances and equipment sizing
Review process-related drawings, specifications and technical submissions
Support metallurgical test work programmes and analyse test results
Conduct site process audits and identify optimisation opportunities
Provide technical support to sales, project and commissioning teams
Participate in commissioning, performance testing and plant start-ups
Prepare technical reports, proposals, presentations and process documentation
Engage with clients, suppliers and OEM partners on technical solutions and project requirements

Skills Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent technical report writing and communication skills
Ability to interpret technical data and provide practical recommendations
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience with process flow diagrams and engineering documentation
Able to manage multiple projects and work independently
Strong client-facing and presentation capabilities

Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel to sites and spend time away from home when required.
