Our client is a leading international automation technology company seeking a Distribution Account Manager to drive growth through its established distributor network. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who enjoys building long-term partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to increase market share.

You will be responsible for managing distributor relationships, supporting sales growth initiatives, identifying new channels to market, and ensuring partners are equipped to successfully promote and sell the company's solutions within their regions.

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Sales, Business Management, or a related field

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Proven experience in technical sales or account management
Background in industrial automation, pneumatics, process automation, electrical, or mechanical engineering
Strong experience managing distributors, dealers, or channel partners
Ability to drive revenue growth through strategic account development
Strong business development and relationship-building skills
Commercially astute with excellent negotiation abilities
Ability to identify market opportunities and execute growth strategies
Strong communication and presentation skills
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
