Strategic Account Manager

This role is responsible for developing and managing high-value customer relationships, driving sales growth, securing long-term agreements, and delivering strategic solutions to key accounts.

The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen, consultative selling skills, technical understanding, and the ability to engage with senior decision-makers across large, complex organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with large and high-value customer accounts.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement account plans to increase market share and revenue.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organisations.
• Lead sales discussions, presentations, negotiations, and contract agreements.
• Develop customer-specific solutions that align with business objectives and operational requirements.
• Drive customer engagement through regular account reviews and relationship management initiatives.

Essential Requirements

• Agricultural industry experience is essential.
• OEM experience is required.
• Proven experience in strategic account management, key account management, business development, or enterprise sales.
• Strong understanding of agricultural equipment, machinery, or related technical products.

Preferred Profile

• Strong technical knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment.
• Experience selling through dealer networks or supporting large strategic customers.
• A consultative sales approach with the ability to uncover customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
