Ruby Developer

• 4 to 6 years of professional software development experience
• Strong Ruby on Rails development experience
• Experience with Ruby libraries such as Devise, Omniauth, and RSpec
• Strong AWS experience including EC2, S3, Lambda, Ubuntu, Nginx, Redis, and Aurora PostgreSQL
• Experience building and maintaining scalable web applications
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, React, or React Native
• Understanding of scalable application architecture and design principles
• Experience implementing automated testing and unit testing frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Interest in cycling, mobility, or InsurTech environments

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails applications
• Develop and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure and deployment systems

• Enhance application performance, security, and scalability
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and software defects
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver new features
• Improve deployment workflows and operational processes
