Senior Mechanical Procurement Engineer

• § Receive technical and financial offers from vendors for equipment and materials.

• § Ensure all received offers are complete and meet project requirements.

• § Prepare comprehensive schedules for comparing technical and financial aspects of vendor offers.

• § Conduct thorough evaluations to determine the most suitable vendors.

• § Negotiate contract conditions with subcontractors and suppliers.

• § Ensure favourable terms and conditions align with project goals.

• § Issue purchase orders in accordance with finalized agreements.

• § Follow up on supplier payments, ensuring adherence to financial terms.

• § Develop and maintain positive relations with suppliers and subcontractors.

• § Ensure timely delivery of equipment, materials, and systems to support site installation works.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Courses and Certifications:

Years of experience:

• From 3 - 5 years

Computer and programs Skills:

The candidate should have hands on the following programs: -

• Microsoft office

• AutoCAD

• Primavera

Hands on the following programs is a PLUS (Not Mandatory): -

• Revit
