Newbridge Vietnam is seeking a high-caliber Data Engineer to lead the data infrastructure for a premier global client.

You’ll join the team to optimize data infrastructure for the RTA Nova Platform, working with software engineers to build scalable pipelines that enable real-time processing and data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines for large-scale data processing, in partnership with software engineers
• Work with data scientists to ensure accurate, timely data for analytics
• Optimize data storage and processing systems for performance and scalability
• Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across systems
• Maintain and improve the data infrastructure as the platform grows

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Data Engineer or similar
• Strong experience building ETL/ELT pipelines with tools like Spark, Airflow, Kafka or equivalents
• Solid SQL skills and experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience handling large datasets and real-time/streaming data
• Understanding of AI/ML data needs (data prep, feature engineering, model training support)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and cloud-native data services
• Familiarity with data quality checks, monitoring and validation frameworks
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting AI/ML pipelines (training, inference, model monitoring)
• Knowledge of data labeling tools or workflows
• Exposure to MLOps practices and tools
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration patterns
• Excellent verbal and written English
