TheProjectandtheRoleDescription

WearecurrentlylookingforaSolutionArchitect (MDM/PIM) tojoinourgrowingDataManagementteam.

In this role, you will take ownership of designing and delivering enterprise-grade Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management(PIM)solutions.Youwillworkcloselywithclients,businessstakeholders,businessanalysts,andtechnicalteamstodefinescalablearchitectures,ensurealignmentwithbusinessobjectives,andsupportsuccessfulimplementationofmoderndatamanagementplatforms.

Youwillplayakeyroleinhelpingorganizationsimprovedataquality,governance,operationalefficiency,anddigitaltransformationcapabilities.

Tasks

  • Designend-to-endMDMandPIMsolutionarchitecturesalignedwithbusinessrequirementsandenterprisestandards.

  • LeadarchitecturediscussionsandadviseclientsonbestpracticeswithinDataManagement.

  • CollaboratewithBusinessAnalysts,DataArchitects,Developers,andbusinessstakeholdersthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.

  • Definedatamodels,governancestructures,workflows,andintegrationapproaches.

  • Translatebusinessrequirementsintoscalabletechnicalsolutions.

  • Supportplatformselection,solutiondesign,andimplementationplanning.

  • Ensuresolutionquality,scalability,security,andmaintainability.

  • Providetechnicalleadershipandmentoringtoprojectteams.

  • Participateinworkshops,stakeholdersessions,andsolutionreviews.

  • DrivecontinuousimprovementandpromotebestpracticeswithinMDM,PIM,andDataGovernancedomains.

RequiredSkills

  • ExperiencewithSTIBOSTEP or Collibra

  • ExtensiveexperienceworkingasaSolutionArchitect,MDMArchitect,DataArchitect,orsimilarrole.

  • StrongexperiencewithMasterDataManagement(MDM)and/orProductInformationManagement(PIM)solutions.

  • Experiencedesigningenterprisedatamodelsandcomplexintegrationarchitectures.

  • StrongunderstandingofDataGovernance,DataQuality,andMetadataManagementprinciples.

  • Abilitytoconnectbusinessrequirementswithtechnicalimplementationapproaches.

  • Excellentcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills.

  • Experienceworkingininternationalandcross-functionalenvironments.

  • FluentEnglish.

  • Based in Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary or Poland
