Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Durchführung von internen Sicherheitsaudits

  • Wahrnehmen der Aufgaben nach ASiG §6

  • Vorbereitung des ASA

  • Pflege und Anwendung System Gefährdungsbeurteilung

  • Pflege und Entwicklung interne Arbeitsschutzrichtlinien

  • Pflege und Betreuung Managementsystemsoftware eplas

  • Unterstützung und Betreuung des Arbeitsschutzmanagementsystems ISO45001

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Umwelt, Betriebsärztlicher Dienst innerhalb der Abteilung EHS

  • Beratung zur PSA

  • Unfallursachenanalyse

  • Beratung bei der Planung von Arbeitsplätzen/Arbeitsbereichen

Ihr Profil

  • Masterstudium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar

  • Ausgebildete Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit oder die Bereitschaft zur Ausbildung

  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld

  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

  • Teamplayer undBereitschaft zur abteilungsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit

  • Flexibilität

  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Datenbanken und Systempflege

  • Erfahrungen im Arbeitsschutz/Gesundheitsschutz

  • Erfahrungen im Produktionsumfeld

  • Managementsystemkenntnisse

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit in globalen Projekten (Schwerpunkt Safety& Health)

  • Respektvolles und wertschätzendes Auftreten gegenüber Mitarbeitern, Führungskräften, Kunden und externen Partnern.
