About the role
As a Global Mobility Coordinator based in Budapest, you will be part of the Global Total Rewards team and play a key role in coordinating international employee mobility across Nexperia.
You will act as the central point of coordination between global hubs, (country) HR, and business stakeholders, ensuring that mobility processes are executed smoothly, efficiently, and in line with internal policies and frameworks.
In this role, you will work closely with Nexperia’s dedicated Global Mobility Partner,who supports end-to- end mobility execution, including tax, immigration compliance, and technical advisory. You will ensure accurate case initiation, high-quality data flow, and effective collaboration across all stakeholders.
You will report directly to the Global Head of Total Rewards and contribute to the further development and professionalization of the global mobility function.
What you will do
- Coordinate international mobility cases across regions and global hubs, ensuring smooth progress from initiation to completion
- Act as the central point of contact for employees, HR, Talent Attraction,Local payroll, Finance,
business stakeholders, and external partners
- Initiate mobility cases with external provider (currently EY) and ensure timely follow-up, accurate data handover, and complete documentation
- Monitor timelines, key milestones, records, and tracking systems, proactively managing progress
and bottlenecks
- Support the consistent application of global mobility policies and processes, while contributing to process improvements and efficiency
What you will need
- Strong English written and verbal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities at the same time
- Comfortable working with HR systems (Workday and/or SAP SF), tracking tools, and employee data
- Clear and professional communication skills in an international environment
- Stakeholder-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Have already experience in international immigration is a plus
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable following structured processes
