  • Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to manufacturing sites, subcontractors, and global engineering teams.

  • Manage cross-functional projects involving Business Groups, Product Engineering, Package R&D, Manufacturing, and Technology & Operations.

  • Collaborate with suppliers and technology partners to develop and deploy innovative test solutions.

  • Organize and facilitate global technical forums to promote knowledge sharing, equipment strategy alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Develop and deliver technical training programs to strengthen engineering capabilities across the organization.

  • Monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

  • Represent Nexperia at industry conferences, supplier forums, and technical symposiums to identify emerging technologies and strengthen industry partnerships.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry within Test Engineering or related disciplines, such as Test Equipment Engineering, Wafer Probe, Test Process Engineering, Test AOI, or Product Engineering.

  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor test methodologies, production test processes, and manufacturing test environments.

  • Hands-on experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and semiconductor test handlers.

  • Proven experience leading technical projects and cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience introducing new semiconductor test technologies or platforms into production.

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data analytics tools such as GR&R, Spotfire, JMP, or Minitab.

  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0, manufacturing digitalization, test automation, or equipment lifecycle management.

  • Passion for coaching, mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
