Process Integration Engineer (m/f/d)

This is your new job:

• Develop and qualify new wafer fab process modules on silicon epitaxy equipment (e.g., Centura, ASM) for mass production.

• Lead and execute major process development and integration activities while building deep product and process expertise.
• Sub-project leader of process development or integration tasks in complex projects.
• Build up and maintain knowledge (technical & procedures) and BG internal & external contacts in own field of expertise. This is you: •Master or PhD degree in Semiconductor Device Physics or Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics or similar
• Minimum 3 years of relevant semiconductor experience, depending on educational credentials
• Profound knowledge of industrial semiconductor technology
• Hands on experience in wafer fab process module developments on semiconductor equipment
• Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
• Very good communication skills
• Fluency in German and good level in English
