Technical expert for front- and back-end manufacturing of silicon semiconductors: Support volume ramp-up of production and support efficiency at manufacturing at internal and external sites. Technical support of Industrial projects running ons-ite

What you will do

• Monitor performance of suppliers (internal/external) with respect to Engineering KPI’s

• Root cause analysis for incidents silicon devices production internal/external

• Provide technical solutions to manufacturing issues in front-end/ back-end silicon production

• Identify and assess optimization ideas and requests in manufacturing

• Member of process, product transfers and other Industrial projects

What you will need

• 5+ years experience in back-end manufacturing of discrete semiconductors for leaded, leadless and WLCSP packages across the whole process chain from singulation towards T&R

• Solid knowledge on FE wafer processing e.g. on metallization, grinding etc

• 8D problem solving, process knowledge and Failure Analysis techniques

• Independence / decision-making ability

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to manage complex technical problems

• Team player in international teams #LI-SK1
