Automation and Manual Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Automation and Manual Test Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in embedded systems testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing methodologies, hands-on experience with embedded platforms, and a proven track record of working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for embedded systems.
• Analyse requirements, create test plans, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing on Web application devices.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and QA teams in Agile sprints.
• Identify, document, and track defects; work with developers to resolve issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of test processes.
• Set up and maintain test environments, including hardware and software configurations.
• Generate test reports, metrics, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in manual and automation testing of Web application systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e. g., C#, TypeScript) and test automation tools (e. g., Selenium, Playwright Framework, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with communication protocols (e. g., TCPIP, Ethernet, Modbus).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with version control systems (e. g., Git) and defect tracking tools (e. g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).
• Exposure to VMware and Hyper-V is a good-to-have.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Web application systems.
• Basics of Azure Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with the OPC protocol.
• API test automation.
