Be the friendly first point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat
Help with orders, payments, deliveries and complaints
Find smart solutions and make sure every customer gets a great experience
Share ideas and solutions with your international colleagues

Requirements

What we’re looking for

Fluent Norwegian and good English
A customer-focused and positive attitude
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with different digital tools
Previous customer service experience is a plus
