Key Duties and Responsibilities
Ø Shift Production Management
Ø Shop-Floor Supervision
Ø Quality and GMP Compliance
Ø Production Performance Monitoring
Ø Equipment and Maintenance Coordination
Ø Safety and Sanitation
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Education: B.Sc. Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field,
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a production or shift-supervision role within a manufacturing environment
Experience in food, beverage, confectionery, packaging, or consumer goods manufacturing is an advantage.
DESIRABLE ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates with relevant professional certifications, specialized training, or practical experience in the following areas will have an added advantage, depending on the position:
HACCP
GMP
ISO 22000 / Food Safety Management Systems
Quality Management Systems
