Your role is to translate high-level content strategies and video narratives into stunning, scroll-stopping visual assets. Take ownership of the visual polish—executing motion graphics, high-converting e-commerce banners, social media static designs, and dynamic video overlays. You will ensure that every brand under the group maintains a distinct, premium, and highly engaging visual identity across all digital and physical touchpoints.

Requirements

Motion Graphics & Video Post-Production

• Enhance the Narrative: Receive raw or semi-edited video footage from the Creative Producer and elevate it with dynamic motion graphics, text animations, lower thirds, and visual effects tailored for TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and Instagram Reels.
• Audio-Visual Sync & Finishing: Assist in advanced post-production tasks (color grading, sound design, and pacing adjustments) to ensure commercial videos meet professional broadcasting standards.
• Promo & Internal Video Production: Produce short-form video and motion graphics suitable for product promos and internal training materials.
• Quality Control: Prepare final video assets and export masters in required formats, ensuring strict quality control before handoff.

Digital, Social Media & E-Commerce Design

• Content Design: Design highly engaging static posts, aesthetic carousels, infographic layouts, and interactive IG/FB Stories that align with the monthly content calendar for web, email, and social brands (CocoTapir,Panjang Kee, and CocoFans).
• E-Commerce Storefronts: Design and regularly update high-converting visual assets for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Nibou Mart), including campaign banners, promotional layouts, and detailed product listing graphics.
• Personal IP Support: Create clean, professional, and visually appealing typography and cover graphics for leadership’s personal brand channels (LinkedIn, XHS).
• Digital Ads: Produce A/B testing graphic variations for paid digital marketing campaigns (Facebook/IG Ads).

Brand Identity, Systems & Templates

• Visual Consistency: Act as the guardian of the brand guidelines, ensuring colors, typography, and logo usage remain strictly consistent across the group's diverse portfolio.
• System & Template Development: Develop and maintain a visual system of templates for presentations, social posts, and product sheets.
• Component Libraries: Create design libraries with consistent typography, color, and layout rules to speed up production.
• Usage Guidelines: Document guidelines so non-designers can easily reuse assets without breaking brand integrity.
  

Offline Collateral & Print

• POSM & Event Assets: Design point-of-sale materials (POSM), event buntings, packaging mockups, and trade show booth graphics for physical retail and exhibitions (e.g., FoodExpo, Interfood).
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors or printers when specialized production is required,ensuring files are perfectly prepared for print.

Collaboration, Workflow & Delivery

• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with marketing and sales to understand campaign goals and deliver assets on agreed deadlines.
• Iterative Process: Collect feedback, communicate clearly with non-design stakeholders, translate feedback into practical revisions, and iterate quickly.
• Asset Management: Keep files highly organized with strict attention to file naming, version control, and archiving final versions for easy retrieval.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Fresh graduate or equivalent with 0 to 1 year of practical experience in multimedia, graphic design,or similar roles.
• Education: Diploma or degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Portfolio: Must demonstrate graphic design, motion pieces or video projects, and include examples of template or system-building work.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Software Mastery: Hands-on competency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and basic video editing tools.
• Design Fundamentals: Strong basic understanding of branding, typography, and color theory, and how they seamlessly apply across different media.
• Technical Formats: Familiarity with responsive image export, SVGs, and preparing high-quality, print-ready files.
• Systems Design: Proven competency in developing scalable design systems and reusable components.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Communication: Ability to clearly explain design choices to non-designers and collaboratively solve visual challenges.
• Organization: Highly organized with a proactive approach to improving production workflows and asset documentation.
