So, what’s the role all about?
This role focuses on ensuring the quality of CCaaS solutions through manual testing, API and IVR validation, client portal testing, and support for daily client change requests, version upgrades, and system standardization activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality products.
How will you make an impact?
Handle daily client change requests, client version upgrades, capacity management, and system standardization activities (75%).
Perform product testing, including functional, regression, integration, API, and IVR call flow testing (25%).
Design, create, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
Validate API integrations using SOAP UI, ReadyAPI, or similar tools.
Test end-to-end client portal builds and web-based applications.
Identify, log, track, and verify defects through resolution.
Validate backend data using basic SQL queries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timely releases.
Maintain testing documentation and support continuous quality improvements.
You will also have an advantage if you have experience in:-
- API Testing knowledge
- Knowledge in any Scripting Language
- Open Source SOAPUI/Commercial READY API
- Manual Testing courses / certifications
- Exposure on XML and JSON
- UI Automation tools
