Sales Admin Clerk

SALES ADMIN PROCESSES

Provide efficient, timely and accurate sales administration support including:

• High volume sales admin processing.
• Updating customer accounts and maintaining customer orders
• Inputting delivery and pick-up dates
• Ad hoc office duties including physical and electronic filing

WORKING HOURS

• Monday to Friday, 11:00am-5:00pm, with flexibility for 10:00am starts during busy periods, particularly at the end of promotional periods.

• Weekend availability required when needed, primarily for annual leave coverage.

• Availability to work Public Holidays and during key June and January sale periods.
