As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a trusted strategic advisor and subject matter expert within the FMCG industry, providing high-value support to key clients. You will partner closely with Commercial, Client Service, and Operations leadership teams to drive client success, identify growth opportunities, and transform data into actionable business insights.

You will contribute to complex analytical engagements, influence executive-level decision making, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across clients, teams, and business processes. Assignments can range from strategic business performance analyses and category growth opportunities to thought leadership presentations for senior executives and industry leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for Retail Measurement Services (RMS) clients, providing expert consultation on data interpretation, methodologies, industry trends, and growth opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and influencing strategic business decisions.

  • Deliver high-impact analyses, executive-level presentations, and insights that translate complex data into clear business recommendations and measurable outcomes.

  • Partner with commercial and account teams to identify client expansion opportunities, support renewals, and contribute to revenue growth initiatives.

  • Establish quality standards and analytical best practices to ensure consistent delivery excellence across the team.

  • Lead regular business reviews with Client Service and Operations teams to monitor service delivery KPIs, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives, leveraging technology and analytics to improve efficiency, scalability, and service quality.

  • Proactively identify business risks, escalate issues appropriately, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful client outcomes.

  • Own and lead the development of thought leadership initiatives, industry perspectives, and client-facing strategic recommendations.

  • Represent the organization in client workshops, business reviews, industry events, and executive stakeholder discussions.

  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on strategic projects, organizational priorities, and transformational initiatives.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

  • 5+ years of experience in market intelligence, analytics, insights, or research, including leadership responsibilities. Experience within FMCG, Retail, Consumer Insights, or syndicated research environments is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presentation capability; English proficiency is required.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to synthesize complex data into compelling business stories.

  • Strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Proven experience leading process improvement, automation, or transformation initiatives through technology and data solutions.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels of seniority.

  • Experience managing senior client relationships and presenting insights to director-level and C-suite stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience contributing to business growth, customer retention, or strategic account development is highly desirable.
