NielsenIQ is a consumer intelligence company whose retail measurement business traces back to the market research firm founded by Arthur Nielsen in 1923, and which was separated from Nielsen Holdings in 2021 when Advent International bought the connect division. It measures what shoppers buy across grocery, pharmacy, convenience and ecommerce channels, and sells that read of market share, pricing and promotion effectiveness to consumer goods manufacturers and retailers. The company merged with GfK in 2023, listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 2025, and operates in more than ninety countries from its base in Chicago.

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Operations Project Manager to join our LATAM PMO team. In this role, you will own and lead end-to-end operational projects and programs across multiple countries, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation, process improvements, and business transformation initiatives.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and delivering complex projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations. You will play a critical role in identifying risks, solving roadblocks, driving change management activities, and ensuring projects are successfully transitioned into business-as-usual operations.

  • Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through implementation and closure.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, governance structures, and communication plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional and multicultural teams across multiple LATAM markets.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on priorities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues.
  • Monitor project performance and communicate progress to senior leadership.
  • Drive change management initiatives to support successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Manage project documentation, status reporting, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support operational excellence through process optimization and best practice implementation.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in dynamic and fast-paced environments. You are an effective communicator, a proactive problem solver, and a natural leader who can influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.

You thrive in ambiguity, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously and are passionate about driving operational improvements and business results.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced English and Spanish communication skills; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience leading complex initiatives.
  • PMP Certification is required.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, Scrum, and/or PDCA.
  • Experience managing projects across multiple countries and working with multicultural teams.
  • Proven experience in risk management, stakeholder management, change management, and process improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and project planning tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet.

Our Benefits

  • Flexible working environment
  • Volunteer time off
  • LinkedIn Learning
  • Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP)
