Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team and act as a bridge between business stakeholders, developers, and QA engineers.

In this role, you will help translate business needs into clear technical requirements, ensure features are properly understood before development, and verify that delivered solutions meet expectations. You will be involved throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and documentation to testing and release preparation

• Participate in backlog grooming sessions and help prepare tasks before development begins.
• Create clear and structured Jira tickets, including user flows, edge cases, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate new feature requirements to developers and QA engineers and provide clarification throughout development.
• Review and test delivered features against business requirements before release, including bonuses, payment flows, and player account functionalities.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations, CRM, Payment, and other relevant teams to gather and clarify business requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role within a technology company.
• Practical experience writing user stories, defining user flows, and preparing acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with UAT, functional testing, or validating software features against business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to identify missing information, ask the right questions, and anticipate potential edge cases.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

        Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, online betting, fintech, or payment systems.
• Basic SQL knowledge and the ability to independently perform simple data checks.
• Experience working with Figma designs and understanding user interfaces.
• Familiarity with back-office platforms, admin panels, and internal management systems.
