We are looking for a dynamic professional who can promote our construction and renovation services, attract new clients, and grow the company's market presence.

• Market and promote Nine Hills Projects' construction and renovation services.
• Identify, approach, and acquire potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Promote the company's brand through marketing initiatives.
• Achieve set sales targets and provide regular sales reports.

• A Degree in Sales and Marketing, Media Studies, or any other relevant qualification.
• Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or client relations.
• Experience in the construction industry will be a strong added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong customer service and client management skills.
• Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is an added advantage.
