Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Aide Déclarant(e) en Douane pour renforcer notre service douane.
Nous recherchons une personne ayant déjà une première expérience en douane (stage, alternance ou premier emploi), souhaitant développer ses compétences dans un environnement dynamique.
Vos missions
Sous la responsabilité du déclarant en douane, vous participerez à :
- La préparation des dossiers de dédouanement.
- La constitution et le contrôle des documents nécessaires aux opérations d'import, d'export et de transit.
- La saisie des déclarations en douane.
- Le suivi des dossiers auprès des administrations douanières.
- Le contrôle de la conformité des documents.
- Les échanges avec les clients, transporteurs et services internes.
- L'archivage et le suivi administratif des dossiers.
Requirements
Vous avez :
- Une première expérience en douane (stage, alternance ou premier emploi).
- Des connaissances de base en réglementation douanière import/export.
- Une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques.
- Le sens de l'organisation, de la rigueur et de la confidentialité.
- Un bon relationnel et l'envie d'apprendre.
Un plus :
- Une connaissance de DELTA ou d'un logiciel de déclaration en douane.
- Un niveau d'anglais professionnel.
