Java Full Stack Architect

Role & responsibilities :
- Define and design end-to-end system architecture using Java/J2EE technologies
- Lead architecture discussions and technical solution design
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices-based applications
- Provide technical leadership to development teams
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Design RESTful APIs and integrate third-party systems
- Ensure application security, performance tuning, and optimization
- Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD implementation
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and frameworks
- Participate in client discussions and provide technical estimations
Required Skills & Technical Expertise :
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+ features
- Extensive experience in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
- Experience with Microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, Web Services
- Hands-on experience with Hibernate / JPA
- Experience with Messaging systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ)
- Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle)
- Strong understanding of Design Patterns & System Design principles
- Experience in performance tuning & troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Exposure to Event-driven architecture
- Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, SSO
- TOGAF or relevant architecture certifications (good to have)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
