Nitra maintains a hybrid work policy, with team members working from the office four daysper week and Wednesdays designated as a work-from-home day.

We're looking for:

A Strategy & Operations Associate to join Nitra’s Strategy & Operations team and help build the operating infrastructure behind a rapidly scaling company. This is a highly cross-functional, high-ownership role supporting leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM functions.

You’ll work across a wide range of strategic and operational priorities - from analyzing business performance and improving processes to supporting planning, solving ad hoc business problems, and helping leadership execute against company priorities. You’ll also have the opportunity to help establish and scale foundational people programs as Nitra continues to grow.

This is a generalist role for someone who is analytical, highly organized, and comfortable jumping into unfamiliar problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, and moving quickly from analysis to execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the development and scaling of People Operations processes, including onboarding, performance management, employee programs, and other foundational people initiatives
• Partner with Strategy & Operations leaders across GTM to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and day-to-day operating priorities
• Analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Build analyses, financial models, reporting, and presentations to support leadership decision-making
• Own and improve operational processes, workflows, and reporting across GTM functions
• Support quarterly and annual planning, forecasting, goal-setting, and performance management
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Recruiting, and other teams to drive high-priority initiatives
• Take on special projects and ambiguous business problems that require structured thinking and hands-on execution
• Identify opportunities to make the business more efficient and scalable, and drive those initiatives through execution

You have:

• 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a similarly analytical role at a high-growth company
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop practical solutions
• Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with Excel/Google Sheets and business data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• A structured, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• High ownership and a bias toward action - you are comfortable taking a problem from an ambiguous starting point through execution
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working with senior leaders
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new areas of the business quickly
