We are seeking a Technical Lead to lead the design and delivery of scalable solutions that address complex business and technical challenges. The role connects technical and business teams, owns the technical vision, and ensures high-quality delivery from concept through production.

  • 6+ years of software development experience and 2+ years in a technical leadership role
  • Experience in web/mobile development, solution architecture, application performance, and project delivery
  • Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, SQL, REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Ability to lead global technical projects across teams and time zones
  • Strategic, innovative, and customer-focused mindset
  • OutSystems project experience and certifications
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, iterative, and Waterfall development methodologies
  • Fluent in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English (B2 or above)
