About the project  

As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a Lead Project Manager - Digital Experiences to the team. This role goes beyond day-to-day execution, owning delivery strategy across multiple client accounts simultaneously and acting as the senior point of escalation and alignment for multidisciplinary, multicultural project teams, primarily within the Latin American market. 

What you'll do  

• Lead and own delivery across multiple clients and scopes in parallel, setting priorities and resolving conflicts between competing timelines. 

• Serve as the senior point of contact for project health, timeline tracking, and status reporting across accounts. 

• Build, maintain, and adjust project timelines proactively, flagging risks and reprioritizing as deadlines and client needs shift. 

• Lead multidisciplinary, multicultural project teams, including internal stakeholders, Product Managers, and external agency partners (UX, wireframes, visual identity). 

• Manage relationships with Latin American clients, adapting communication style and delivery approach to regional and cultural nuances. 

• Conduct visual and functional QA on Figma files to ensure deliverables meet quality standards. 

• Manage Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Cloud workflows as part of the digital delivery process. 

• Communicate fluently and professionally in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus for regional coordination. 

• Anticipate downstream impacts of changes, connect the dots across workstreams and clients, and proactively surface risks before they escalate. 

• Negotiate timelines, scope, and priorities with multiple stakeholders and agency partners simultaneously. 

• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, client demands, and organizational change. 

What makes you a great fit  

• Lead-level Project Management experience (beyond Senior), with proven ability to run multiple clients/projects at once. 

• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal). 

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Cloud - this is a must, not a nice-to-have. 

• Proven experience managing multiple clients and scopes in parallel. 

• Experience leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. 

• Experience working with Latin American clients specifically. 

• Familiarity with Figma, including hands-on visual and functional QA. 

• Experience creating and maintaining project timelines in fast-moving, multi-client environments. 

• Nice to have: professional fluency in Portuguese. 

• Highly adaptable and flexible in the face of change, with excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures and stakeholder levels.
