Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch/Queueable/Schedulable Apex, Test classes).
  • Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience building/consuming REST and SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and middleware concepts.
  • Strong command over Flow Builder (Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, Scheduled Flows).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Security Model: OWD, sharing rules, roles, profiles, permission sets.
  • Experience with SOQL/SOSL, data modelling, and Salesforce object architecture.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and CI/CD deployment tools.
  • Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimisation techniques.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce / AI features.
  • Exposure to Experience Cloud (Community) development.
  • Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or BFSI domain projects.
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I).
