Será responsable de administrar el sistema 360° de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente, analizar incidentes, evaluar riesgos y aspectos ambientales, y optimizar el análisis de datos y los reportes, asegurando la conformidad con la normativa vigente y los procedimientos internos.

Gestionar y supervisar el sistema integral de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente.
Analizar incidentes y elaborar informes de causas raíz.
Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos y aspectos ambientales en proyectos y operaciones.
Verificar y autorizar permisos de trabajo según normativa y procedimientos internos.
Atender inspecciones regulatorias y auditorías internas de HSE.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos legales, normas ISO y políticas corporativas.
Desarrollar e implementar planes de acción correctiva y preventiva.
Utilizar herramientas de inteligencia artificial para el análisis de datos HSE.
Generar reportes periódicos y métricas de desempeño para la alta dirección.
Promover la cultura de seguridad y medio ambiente mediante capacitaciones y campañas.

Licenciatura en Ingeniería Ambiental, Seguridad Industrial, Salud Ocupacional o Ingeniero Industrial o afin.
Conocimiento de normativas locales e internacionales (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, NOMs).
Experiencia en análisis de incidentes y elaboración de informes de investigación.
Manejo de herramientas de IA y análisis de datos (Power BI, Python, R).
Capacidad para elaborar y revisar permisos de trabajo y procedimientos HSE.
Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
Orientación a la mejora continua y gestión de proyectos.
Dominio del idioma español y buen nivel de inglés técnico.
