Business Development Partner

Responsibilities:

• Visit schools in your area and meet proprietors, principals and administrators
• Demonstrate Skunect using a demo account we give you
• Follow up by phone and WhatsApp until the school signs up
• Support the school through onboarding (about 5 days) until teachers and parents are actively using it
• Stay in touch with your schools so they keep using Skunect and renew

Requirements:

• Confident speaking with school owners and decision-makers
• Self-motivated, since this role is commission only
• Comfortable with smartphones and apps
• Sales experience is a plus but not required. We will train you

What you'll earn:

• 20% commission on each school's first-year payment
• 5% recurring commission every time your schools renew
• No earnings cap. Top partners can grow into team lead roles
