Nowadays is the first AI-powered platform for planning corporate events. Our software handles everything from venue sourcing to vendor negotiations, making it dramatically faster and easier for teams to meet IRL.

We’ve planned events around the world for companies like Google, Amazon, and Quantstamp-and we’re just getting started.

What You’ll Do (Founding AE)

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for customers hosting retreats and meetings
• Run discovery calls, demos, and pricing conversations with confidence
• Shape the product by bringing customer feedback directly into product decisions
• Partner closely with the founders to refine messaging, pricing, and positioning
• Become a product expert who can speak fluently about our AI agents, capabilities, and integrations
• Sell into meetings & events teams, people teams, executive assistants, and agencies across mid-market and enterprise organizations
• Build and refine our sales playbook, pipeline, and CRM workflows
• Help define what great sales looks like at Nowadays from day one

What We’re Looking For

• Experience closing deals in a B2B SaaS environment (ideally SMB → mid-market)
• Comfort managing a high-velocity outbound motion (70-100 client touchpoints per day)
• Ability to sell a product that’s still evolving
• Strong product intuition and the ability to tailor messaging by persona
• A scrappy, proactive mindset-you’re not afraid of ambiguity
• Genuine enjoyment in building relationships and helping customers succeed

Bonus Points

• Experience selling to event, marketing, HR, or operations teams
• Proven top-10% performance; President’s Club experience is a plus

• Zero-to-one startup sales experience

• Comfort with pricing conversations and negotiation
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams

The Details

Comp: $80K - $120K base ($160K - $240K OTE) + 0.1% - 0.5% equity (flexible based on experience)
