岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、供应商开发与管理：负责新供应商的开发、资质审核及现场考察，不断引进优质合格的供应商; 定期组织供应商评估与考核，及时淘汰不符合要求的供应商;
2、采购执行：根据生产计划及部门需求，落实采购流程，确保物料及时到位; 监控物料库存动态，协同相关部门处理供应异常，保障生产连续稳定;
3、成本管理：收集并分析市场行情，掌握原材料价格动态; 通过优化品类管理、供应商管理和采购策略，实现总成本的优化与控制;
4、流程优化与信息化：引入信息化管理工具，持续优化采购及供应链流程，提升整体运作效率。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，供应链管理、物流管理、理工类相关专业优先;
2、具备良好的沟通协调能力与问题解决能力;
3、具备成本意识和较强的责任心，具有良好的职业道德;
4、吃苦耐劳，抗压能力强，可接受出差安排。
