岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责公司物流运输业务的日常管理，统筹产品发货、运输跟踪及签收管理，确保货物安全、准时送达。

2、根据销售订单及生产计划，制定发货计划，协调仓储、生产、销售等部门，保障物流运作顺畅。

3、负责物流承运商的日常对接与管理，跟踪运输时效及服务质量，持续优化物流资源。

4、跟踪运输全过程，及时处理运输异常、货损货差、延误等问题，确保客户交付需求。

5、负责物流费用核对、结算及成本分析，持续优化运输成本，提高物流运营效率。

6、建立并维护物流台账及相关数据报表，定期分析运输时效、成本及异常情况，为运营决策提供支持。

7、协助优化物流运输流程及管理制度，推动物流标准化建设，提升物流服务水平。

8、关注物流行业政策及运输安全要求，落实运输合规管理，降低物流运营风险。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、交通运输等相关专业优先。

2、2年以上物流运输管理相关工作经验，有制造业物流经验优先。

3、熟悉国内物流运输流程，了解运输管理、仓储管理及供应链相关知识。

4、熟练使用Office办公软件及ERP系统，有物流管理系统（TMS）使用经验者优先。

5、具备良好的数据分析能力，能够进行物流成本及运输效率分析。

6、具备较强的沟通协调能力及异常处理能力，能够协调生产、仓储、销售及物流供应商开展工作。

7、责任心强，执行力佳，具备较好的抗压能力和服务意识。
