Als Systemadministrator (m/w/d) sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb - intern wie extern. Sie betreuen unsere Serverlandschaft, setzen IT-Projekte bei unseren Kunden um und sind kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Netzwerke, Sicherheitslösungen, Microsoft 365 und Supportfragen. Ihre lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise macht Sie zu einem geschätzten Teil unseres Technikteams.

Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der internen Serverlandschaft (Windows Server, HyperV)
  • Planung und Durchführung von IT-Projekten bei unseren Kunden - vor Ort oder remote
  • Einrichtung und Pflege von Netzwerken, Firewalls und IT-Sicherheitslösungen beim Kunden
  • Administration von Microsoft 365 und Backup-Lösungen (Veeam)
  • Technischer Support für interne Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie externe Ansprechpartner
  • Dokumentation von Konfigurationen und Arbeitsabläufen

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) oder vergleichbar
  • Praxiserfahrung im Umgang mit Windows Server, HyperV, Microsoft 365 und Veeam
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
