We are currently seeking a Network Security Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

ZIA Administration

Configure and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA).Implement URL filtering, SSL inspection, sandboxing, and cloud firewall policies.Troubleshoot internet access and traffic forwarding issues. Manage PAC files, GRE/IPsec tunnels, and forwarding profiles.

ZPA Administration

Deploy and manage Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). Configure App Connectors, Service Edges, and Application Segments. Support Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) initiatives. Troubleshoot application access and authentication issues.

Zscaler SD-WAN

Zscaler Zero Trust SD-WAN / Branch Connector architecture and administration. ZIA and ZPA integration and traffic forwarding based on destination and access requirements. Branch connectivity, ISP links, routing, DNS, DHCP, NAT, TCP/IP and subnetting. Deployment modes, branch configuration templates and zero-touch provisioning. Traffic forwarding policies, application-aware path selection and link resiliency. Troubleshooting traffic flow, connectivity, latency, packet loss and application access. Change management, implementation plans, rollback procedures and operational documentation.

IoT / OT Security

IoT/OT device discovery, classification and asset inventory. Understanding of device behavior, communication flows and east-west traffic. Zscaler OT/IoT Segmentation or Zero Trust Device Segmentation policy implementation. Device isolation, least-privilege access and microsegmentation. Protocol and port analysis, including TCP/UDP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSH, RDP and SMB. Safe enforcement of policies for legacy and agentless devices. Troubleshooting legitimate communication blocks and minimizing production disruption. Incident investigation, traffic baselining and security policy validation.

Security Operations

Monitor security incidents and analyze logs.

Investigate threats, policy violations, and anomalous activities.

Work with SOC, Network, and Endpoint teams during incident response.

Integration & Automation

Integrate Zscaler with:

Azure AD / Entra ID , Okta , Active Directory , SIEM platforms (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar) , Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, or APIs.

Troubleshooting - Diagnose issues related to:

PAC files , ZCC (Zscaler Client Connector) , Authentication , SSL decryption , DNS resolution , Proxy forwarding , Application access

Required Technical Skills

Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) , Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) , Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC) , SSL Inspection , PAC File Management , GRE/IPsec Tunnels , Network Security , TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS , Authentication Technologies (SAML, MFA, LDAP)

Security Knowledge

Zero Trust Architecture , Secure Web Gateway (SWG) , CASB , DLP , Cloud Security

Preferred Skills

Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) , Microsoft Defender Suite , Sentinel SIEM , Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point firewalls , Scripting (PowerShell/Python)

Experience

8 + years of Network Security experience.

6+ years of hands-on experience with ZIA and/or ZPA.

Experience in enterprise cloud security environments.

Certifications (Preferred)

ZTNA ( Zscaler Digital Transformation Administrator ) EDU 200

ZDTE ( Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer )n EDU 202
