We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Mandatory Skill

4+ years hands-on experience in application/production support, IT operations, in rotational shift and/or on-call support models.

Strong understanding of incident management, prioritization, SLA-driven support, escalation processes, and shift handovers.

Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for incident tracking and documentation.

Experience monitoring middleware/data/HIS applications and interfaces, handling alerts, performing initial incident triage, and conducting service health checks.

Ability to perform basic troubleshooting, log analysis, technical evidence gathering, and identify the appropriate resolver group.

Working knowledge of middleware apps, HIS applications, interface, database, and network/connectivity troubleshooting concepts.

Experience executing SOPs, runbooks, and standard recovery procedures.

Basic understanding of APIs, interfaces, batch/file processing and connectivity concepts.

Strong communication and coordination skills while working with L2/L3, infrastructure, and vendor teams.

Experience supporting production environments in rotational shift and/or on-call support models.

Secondary / Cross-Skill Expectations - API / MFT

Working knowledge/exposure to:

Apigee / API Management: Google Cloud Apigee fundamentals; REST/SOAP APIs; XML/JSON; basic awareness of shared policies using XML/JavaScript/Java; API gateway/proxy/endpoint/connectivity troubleshooting; relevant GCP fundamentals; Datadog monitoring.

GoAnywhere / MFT: Managed File Transfer concepts; Fortra GoAnywhere or similar MFT platform; file-transfer/job and batch monitoring; failure troubleshooting; gateway and internal/external file-system flows; basic MS SQL troubleshooting.

OpenLink / Interface Operations: OpenLink or similar interface-engine exposure; real-time and batch-interface monitoring; initial diagnosis of interface/connectivity failures; vendor coordination for platform/product issues.
