Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business readiness planning and execution.

- Lead operating model and process transformation initiatives.

- Coordinate with Compliance, Controls, and Audit teams for SOX and regulatory requirements.

- Manage reporting readiness, stakeholder engagement, and governance activities.

- Conduct readiness assessments, role mapping, and RACI development.

- Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.

- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and provide program status updates.

Required Skills:

- ERP Transformation / ERP Implementation

- Business Readiness & Organizational Change

- Operating Model Design (TOM)

- SOX, COSO, Internal Controls

- Governance, PMO, Risk Management

- Go-Live Readiness & Cutover Planning

- Stakeholder Management

- SAP / SAP S4 HANA / Oracle Fusion (preferred)

- Jira, Smartsheet, MS Teams, SharePoint

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

- 6 - 10 years of Project Management experience in ERP or business transformation programs.

- PMP/PRINCE2 certification mandatory.
