About the role

Based in Casablanca (on site) 

We're looking for a Technical Account Coordinator to join our Global Chains team at Nuitée; a great first step into travel tech, working directly alongside the people who manage our biggest hotel chain partnerships (think Hilton and other major names).

You'll be the person who makes sure hotels in our largest chains are properly connected, priced, and bookable - catching and chasing down issues before they become a problem for anyone else. It's hands-on, technical, detective-style work, and you'll have real ownership of it from day one.

This is a new role at Nuitée. Your job is to make sure that when a chain's hotels go live, they stay live: connected, priced, and bookable; and to be the one who catches it fast when they're not.

• Deep exposure to how connectivity, mapping and feed configuration actually work behind major global hotel chain partnerships
• You work closely with our Mapping, Cloud, Operations and Data/Monitoring teams,  the technical backbone of the business
• You join at the ground floor of a brand-new function: the processes you help build become how Global Chains scales technical operations going forward

Nuitée has grown 10x since 2022, and was already profitable before raising a $48M Series A led by Accel - so you'd be joining a company with real momentum, not just a startup on paper.

A flavor of what you'll be doing:

• Keeping an eye on feed performance and catching issues before they cost anyone a booking
• Digging into why a hotel suddenly isn't showing up correctly: mapping, rates, connectivity; and following it through to a fix
• Investigating a rate discrepancy or rate violation flagged by a chain, and following it through until it's corrected
• Supporting new hotels as they come online, making sure everything's set up right from the start
• Teaming up with technical colleagues across the company to get things resolved fast

You could be a great fit if you:

• Are early in your career and looking for a role where you'll genuinely learn and grow, not just execute
• Are comfortable reading logs and digging into how systems connect
• Pick things up quickly and like understanding why something broke, not just fixing it and moving on
• Have a background in hospitality, tourism or travel - a nice bonus.
