Boost your career in travel tech
As a Booking Agent at Nuitée, you’ll join a global travel technology company and learn how hotel bookings work behind the scenes. This is an entry point into our Customer Service organization, where strong performers can progress into more complex support rolesand, over time, team leadership.
What matters most is that you bring strong English, some professional experience, and the ownership to follow every booking through properly.
What you’ll be doing
Your role is focused and important: making sure hotel bookings are correctly confirmed.
You will:
Call hotels to obtain their hotel confirmation numbers
Record each confirmation accurately in our system.
Work through a high volume of bookings, prioritising the most urgent ones.
Update tickets clearly so the team always knows the status of a booking.
Flag problems or missing information to the right person.
Take responsibility for completing your assigned bookings accurately and on time.

You’ll be a great fit if you
Communicate confidently and clearly in English, both spoken and written.
Have some previous professional experience; travel-industry experience is not required.
Express yourself in a clear, structured way.
Are comfortable making frequent outbound calls and carrying out accurate data entry.
Can stay focused and organized while completing repetitive, high-volume work.
Know how to prioritize urgent tasks rather than simply choosing the easiest ones.
Take ownership of your work and can be trusted to complete it properly.
Are comfortable learning new systems and working with several tools.
Bring honesty, integrity, attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn.
Working pattern
Nuitée supports partners around the clock, so this position operates on a rotating 24/7 schedule, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
Schedules are planned according to operational needs, so flexibility is essential. The role is based in Casablanca and working arrangements may vary depending on your assigned shift and the team’s operational plan.
